For orders outside europe the instant payment system PAYPAL (fees are not offered) is integrated. You will always get a separate e-mail with your order informations and payment details will be sent later on after the check if is everthing is available. Payment accepted through Bank Transfer IBAN, Cash in letter, check (IMO) and Paypal.

For costumers outside Germany, you can choose another currency (atm SFR, US$, British £, Norwegische Kronen) for shopping, but payments are always only accepted in EUR . So when you enter the ckeckout - do not wonder, when the total is calculated in EURO now. After the payment was done, you will get an automatic e-mail that your order was placed, after that, there will be looked if really everything is available and shipping fess will be calculated exatctly, and another confirmation mail will be sent ! After the payments arrive, usualy there will be also a status mail about the shipping of your order - at least you can always check the status of your order in your account.

Domestic orders and orders within europe usually arrive within 3-4 business days. International packages are contingent on customs clearance in various countries, so it is harder to estimate arrival times, but you should normaly have it in between 6 and 12 days.
